Hamptons East Creekside Hearing

The Frederick County Planning Commission hearing to approve the preliminary subdivision plan for the Hamptons East Creekside development, located just across Gas House Pike from our main entrance, is scheduled for Wednesday, 9/13 at 9:30 a.m. Both preliminary plan approval and site plan approval for the development are on the agenda. Interested homeowners can attend in person (see planning commission link above) or watch on Frederick County Government TV. You can comment in person or submit comments by email to be read at the hearing.

The development will comprise 221 townhomes and 241 single family homes, with a proposed traffic circle at our main entrance (see map below). The Planning Commission has provided a meeting agenda and presentation slides for the development with additional information and maps.
