Casey/Cherry Run Feedback Needed!

Here are some ways you can provide feedback to the developer and Frederick County Planning Commission regarding the proposed cut-through road routing homeowner and construction traffic through WestWinds to Gas House Pike.

1. BEST OPTION: Attend the 12/13 meeting in person and ask to speak when the Elm Street/Cherry Run agenda item is raised. Individuals have 3 minutes each to provide comments. - Time: Meeting begins at 9:30 am, agenda published on December 6th - Place: First Floor Hearing Room, Winchester Hall 12 East Church Street Frederick, Maryland 21701 Directions from WW front entrance
   

2. Attend virtually and use the public portal to: - Speak live during the meeting - Leave a voice mail to be read into the record during the meeting. Dial-in instructions for both options are at the public portal link.
   

3. Submit written comments. IMPORTANT - comments must be received at least 48 hours before the meeting (by 9:00 am, Monday December 11th) to be read into the official record: - Email comments to: PlanningCommission@FrederickCountyMD.gov - Mail comments to: Division of Planning and Permitting 30 North Market Street Frederick, MD 21701
